Mt St Helens/rambling of a nutcase

I looked on a map and I am about 60 miles south/southwest of the volcano. I've not been able to sleep yet, but will try again soon. I know it isn't likely something catastrophic will happen while I'm asleep, but I'm just really concerned about mine and don's breathing problems. Not to mention my animals. This whole thing has got me just nuts! I knew someone that was killed in the 1980 blast...I think that is what is bugging me. Not sure though. I feel very stressed out. I'm afraid to leave the TV for a second. Maybe I just need some sleep....I'm just feeling very afraid right now. This seems WAY too similar to the 1980 eruption. I keep telling myself that I am very prepared, and to keep myself informed. I'm going to go get in the shower and try to relax some. I'm sure I just need some sleep....thanks for listening guys.

Re: Mt st helens again

I did get some rest. I will not leave Don or my animals, and Don won't leave. I am prepared for any kind of emergency that we can see.
