Guest guest
Hey Rhonda, Sorry to hear you are having so many problems with all that at work. I know you have done allot of work trying to figure it all out for them that they should be doing themselves. Seems typical, unless they are affected themselves then it is easier for them to ignore the issue. That clearly is the case with people from family all the way to government. Well the government just does the work behind closed doors and pretends there are no problems. There are a lot of people even here that their families have abandoned them or at the least think they are crazy despite their knowledge on the subject and/or sickness so I guess it should be of no sup rise that an employer would do the same or worse. I recall 's story with even his own brother and many others so know you are not alone. But again I am sorry you are still having all that trouble with them. There is visable mold in places and the hvac is contaminated and smells like musty mold. He hadn't even read the paper work that finally got turned into him weeks ago obviously by things he said. He brought up that debate crap about mycotoxins and I let him have it on that one. Said I'm living the so called debate and it isn't a debate and REAL. Told him my house was also contaminated and I feel better when away from work for 2+ days since remediating my house. Sometimes almost with no symptoms. But not many times I'm away 2+ days. I still react to barometer changes. I can't figure out the weakness if from being exposed daily here and the CSM detoxing. I take my low dose naltrexone at 9-pm and hope the CSM isn't affecting that. I take a dose of CSM at 4-5pm and one before lunch. I have the pins pricking sensation right now and it drives me crazy. I know my MMP9 is still high and can feel inflammation. Scares me that mine was 1112 in March this year. That is High and severe inflammation. He put a humidity detector, temperature dectector and carbon monoxide detector in lobby. What does that have to do with mold except right condtions to grow. The mold grew long ago with floods, leaks and in hvac, ducts. He tried to say the air system here has good filters. The health and safety guy for my department said he smelled the musty air. It has also been worse this year by system going off and on. When it shuts down and comes back on, very musty and makes me swell up and naseauted ETC. Suppose to come back in and do some tape lifts but not sure if he will do all the mold. I asked what lab and there is one beside us that I believe is OK BUT it's a state lab. I think all this isn't going to do anything. Said Facility Management with the state could look into air ducts if they had the equipment but I bet they don't. I'll be back to update. Oh, even said if I wear a N95 mask, will make my heart and lungs have to work harder. Well, at least I may stay alive for them to work at all! Another Idiot and I can't take it no more! Guest guest
Air guy came back today and picked up humidity/temp detector and was in and out of here fast. Said something about coming back about air ducts and I didn't catch the other part. Guess he may have read the paper work about this place and my health issues. Still the place is contaminated with mycotoxins on everything. I also found a post from Dr. Lipsey about the right way and wrong way of air quality testing and sent that to my departments health and safety guy. Can't wait to get out of here for 2 days. I got it bad today in here. Rhonda > > The State Air guy came into work today. I was late like usual but > he's already convinced his self there isn't any mold. Guest guest
Told my boss how silly the State air quality person was talking to me and my co-worker. Boss said the Air guy admitted there was mold but tried to tell me not. This isn't going to go anywhere I can tell. Boss said the Air guy picked up something on the floor that may have fell from the dock area where mold is all over the pipes and ducts ETC to send to the lab. He didn't take samples from all sources and I'm going to ask for that to be done and also the ducts and hvac. Boss claimed the Air guy looked at two coils with the hvac and claimed no mold but I don't trust that man even one percent. I told the State Air Quality guy that I wanted the hvac Facility Management man to let me see. We also have a on going leak on the roof that I think has been going on for the 25 years I've been there. I told the State Air guy that something has changed for the worse this year in there since they have been turning on and off the hvac and he did admit that could cause mold growth(more growth b/c already had mold in the system). It's musty and when turned off and back on, pumps a horrible smell that I have to run outside. Co-worker has symptoms but she somehow couldn't recall them all from memory loss and didn't tell the State Air guy about all her symptoms. I do not think anything is going to be really done about this. They are just making it look like they are taking steps. Took 6 months for this to take place.
