Dr. Shoemaker Protol Blood Tests in the North East

Any one have a source (lab, hospital or doctor) in the North East

(besides Dr. Shoemaker...) that can complete all of the Shoemaker

protocol blood work and nasal swab tests?

I just came back from my doctor (Tarrytown, NY) who said that he

arranged with a Quest lab down the hall from him to at least complete

all of the Quest lab work. When I got there, she couldn't find the

correct code for MMN9 testing and two others, so she couldn't even

complete the blood tests that Quest should be able to do. Very

frustrating! I ended up getting nothing done.
