I don't know your email address but the no amylose diet is diet Dr

Shoemaker put out in 'Lose the Weight you Hate'. It is similar to

low carb but it is specific carbs he wants you to avoid and I do

think it is supposed to be good for moldies. I think all low carb

diets are beneficial to moldies though as fungus feeds off of sugars

in your blood.
