Guest guest
Milk thistle is a very, very mild herb. I have several 'reactors' in my family and we do fine on milk thistle. But I always start something new by breaking a capsule and tasting a speck, just to make certain there is no adverse reaction. Or you could try the tea form first, and just sip slowly and see how it feels. --Kurt Re: [] CSM QUESTION. and liver flush ..Re: Anyone Else Facial Br... my doctor yesterday suggested milk thistle for my high liver counts. Im afraid to take it as I am allergic to so much right now and taking antibiotics for a keep repeating Urinary tract infection. They finally found an antibiotic I didn't react to, Macrobid.
