Guest guest Posted April 26, 2006 Report Share Posted April 26, 2006 if you have MCS and have to go somewhere where you know you are going to get slammed with perfumes, try a prewashed cotton rash rag, I use ALL free and clear detergent. wet,wring and fold in 4th's and hold it over nose and mouth. this helped me get through. also I realized something else, when you hug someone with perfume on you can get it on your cloths.
