I've been known to eat this when I absolutely must have some chocolate and

it's not free day. I don't know if it's OK; I do know it's better than the

alternative, at least where I'm concerned!

Exactly! If you go to www.mrsbishwitskitchen.com and look for her

recipes, she has an excellent Protein Peanut Butter Cup recipe.

FF/SF chocolate pudding, protein powder and some PB. I usually make

this when I'm PMSing.

No, I've never tried protein pudding. Is that a home recipe with protein

powder? Or is it something you buy prepared?

Thank you Colleen! I will definitely go check this out. Chocolate *and*

peanut butter *and* BFL friendly? It's a must have! :-)
