Guest guest
Dear , I suggest that you phone Savigar RHV in the Barking asylum seekers team (the item below comes from the PCT website): Social Services win Team of the Year Barking and Dagenham has won Social Services Team of the Year at a national awards ceremony for local authorities through its work to support asylum seekers and refugees. The Asylum Team won the Social Services Team of the Year at the 's' of local government, the Local Government Chronicle Awards. The team beat off tough competition from other local authorities. The Asylum Seekers Team supports 2,500 clients (including 290 under the age of 18 who have travelled to Britain without any adult family members). These unaccompanied asylum-seeking children represent a third of the children under its care. This service has been recognised for its first class customer care and many other examples of best practice, including prise in a recent SSI (Social Services Inspectorate) report. It is also the only one in the country to receive a Charter Mark. helped prepare a JD for another HV who briefly joined the team in 2001, and this might still be knocking around in Barking. and her colleague Hannah are both seen at work in the HDA training video " Not looking at the pavement anymore " . It was an honour to work with them. Woody.
