Good going staying on plan despite limited menu! : ) " Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming 'Wow - what a Ride!' " ~~ Sage (entrepreneur and speaker) Accountability for Monday 8/30 Had a good day but stayed up to late. I should know better than that by now! And our fridge was so crammed I couldn't find my CC, was late at lunch and ate turkey 3 times...BORING! Meals: Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole (EFL) Turkey, mashed potatoes Turkey, mashed potatoes Turkey, mashed potatoes Heart Beef Stew (EFL) Bar Workout: LBWO at lunch I'm feeling pretty good today. So far, a week on plan and hubby asked today if I had lost weight YIPPEE. I'm about 1/2 " down in waist and hips but that's all I let myself measure. Guest guest Posted August 31, 2004 Report Share Posted August 31, 2004 Speaking of boring menus...i eat pretty much the same thing everyday exept I vary M#5 (dinner) M1 - myoplex lite shake (always cappuccino ice) M2 - Cottage cheese and (lately) 1/4c Kashi Go Lean Crunch M3 - salad (either chicken or seafood) M4 - veggie burger on 1pc WW, salsa M5 - varies M6 - cc & fruit DAY IN, DAY OUT!!!!!! > Gosh!
