Gosh! I thought *my* meal choices were boring. Good going staying on plan

despite limited menu!

Accountability for Monday 8/30

Had a good day but stayed up to late. I should know better than that

by now! And our fridge was so crammed I couldn't find my CC, was

late at lunch and ate turkey 3 times...BORING!

Meals:

Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole (EFL)

Turkey, mashed potatoes

Turkey, mashed potatoes

Turkey, mashed potatoes

Heart Beef Stew (EFL)

Bar

Workout:

LBWO at lunch

I'm feeling pretty good today. So far, a week on plan and hubby

asked today if I had lost weight :) YIPPEE. I'm about 1/2 " down in

waist and hips but that's all I let myself measure. Tonight we're

going to try to the Lettuce Wrap recipe from EFL and I'm definitely

NOT eating turkey today!

Speaking of boring menus...i eat pretty much the same thing everyday

exept I vary M#5 (dinner)

M1 - myoplex lite shake (always cappuccino ice)

M2 - Cottage cheese and (lately) 1/4c Kashi Go Lean Crunch

M3 - salad (either chicken or seafood)

M4 - veggie burger on 1pc WW, salsa

M5 - varies

M6 - cc & fruit

DAY IN, DAY OUT!!!!!!

I guess it's okay if that's the way you like it. Some people find that kind

of routine to be comforting.
