I don't think i've been very much under but I don't think I've gone over if

anything. Also, I don't think I was drinking that much water either but I think

I was getting maybe 32oz of carbonated sodas. I read the article posted a while

ago from runnersworld. Would that still count as water weight?

That's exactly what would cause you to retain it, too little water and too many

carbs. Add carbonation and some extra sodium and you'll be retaining all kinds

of water. Your system is probably just a little out of whack. I would bet that

you'll drop a pound or two after only one day of clean meals and drinking all

your water.
