Ok, I need ASAP the name/s of any so called DEFENSE experts in California

regaring chemical injury.

The defensant Nordstrom's is feigning a so called expert from CA and has

not given me his/her name yet.

He expects me to pay for this person without any prior knowledge of who it

is,...this attorney is brain dead to say the least. I have somewhere a

list of experts both plaintiff and defendant. BUt can not locate it now.

The reason for my paying is that I am absolutely REFUSING to give carte

blanc of my medical records so they can just disburse them all over their

clietns offices and the perfume manufacturers offices in, De, NY and

France and god knows where else. I agreed to pay for them to review them

in a controlled environment where they can look but not copy or remove

anything from the office.

They have already assaulted me that caused this itigation and then they

further harmed me at my home during a depo and now I have taken full

control and no one is getting anything without my complete control.

Fortuantely, I have worked for a PI attorney and remembered some of the

things I can/can not do.

Meanwhile, I have DEMANDED that the discovery commissioner recuse himself

or have the judge remove him or I will follow up with a formal complaint

to the states judical review board for harassment, prejudice, bias,

collusion with defense counsels for starters. Not to mention he is/was in

violation of both state and federal ada accommodation issues.
