Hello all!

I've been lurking for over two years and have only posted a few times.

I did really well last spring. I basically started in March. No

challenge, just basically adhering to the BFL principles of eating

and exercise. Between March and August I went from about 174 to about

156-158 and dropped from a super tight size 12 to a comfortable/loose

size 10. And I had muscles! Forget the weight loss, I LOVED that

muscle.

So what happened? Well, my husband is overseas and came home for 2

weeks of leave at the end of August. He's a fitness fanatic, but he

hadn't been near a Taco Bell or KFC for 7 months and we both kind of

overdid it. Buffets and fast food all over the place. I took him to a

circuit class and we meant to do more, but we ended up not... And I

never really got back on track after he left. I've learned that it's

truly all or nothing with me. I can't have things stashed in the

house for free day because I have no will-power to wait until Sunday

to endulge.

So...the fridge is stocked with yummy healthy goodies and I'm ready

to get back on track.

Here are my current goals. (I've crept back up to about 160.)

1. I will get back down to 156 by October 31.

2. I will be able to run one full mile by November 30.

3. I will be a comfortable size 8 by December 31. (With hubby

overseas the holidays won't be nearly as trying for me as they

usually are.)

4. Popping muscles by January 31.

5. Ab definition by February 28.

6. Bikini ready by March 31!!!!

I will do this by eating clean and getting to the gym 6 days a week.

I'm ready!

Thanks for letting me post so I'll be more accountable. :)

Jackie
