You can usually get your bodyfat pinch-tested at most gyms, probably

you have to be a member tho ;-) At the local college here they also

have the electrical hand held kind - again you have to be a student

in a gym program tho. And also the local hospital here offered

bodyfat testing as part of their health fair (bioelectival on the

upper arm which is said to be very accurate) so do some phoning

around in your area.

Searching the , there are none associated strictly with

your area, but I am sure of the 6000+ memebership on here someone

lives close by you :-)

Have you called the local ymca? The offer free testing for members or

charge a small fee for non members. I think there are two chicago bfl

groups one is called bodyforlifechicago2 but can't remember the name

of the other one. Good Luck.
