Hey Deanna,

Anal fissures are certainly difficult to manage

much-less heal. I have had pretty good success with

one of my patients using:

1) Ultrainflamx 1 scoop, endefen 1 tbsp, lecithin 1

tsp, and 1 scoop of green's drink

2) Mn-Co - 1 amp

3) Unda # 3, 48, 270

4) Nat Phos, Nat mur 6x (this would be a good one for

your patient along with kali phos or mag phos I would

suspect)

5) Fiber - Colon Caps +

6) Alumina 6c m, w, f

Nitric Acid 6c t, th, sat

7) oxygenics - 1 cap bid

8) linopanate - topically to rectum tid - qid

It is interesting, my patient also has a history of

alcoholism and is still hesitant using undas -

definetly no gemmos or tinctures. You may also want

to look at remedies like opium or alumina in 200c - 1m

potencies to stimulate some reactivity. Also, you may

want to consider nervinum vagum 4ch to stimulate bowel

contractility, but I would hesitate to expect any

results before the first 2-6 months of drainage

treatment. Also, yohimbinum 12x to take prn if she

wakes in the night to help her get back to sleep.

Consider running a CDSA w/ parisitology as well to r/o

major dysbiosis. Also, check her IGF-1 to see if her

growth hormone levels are chronically low, which it

sounds like they are - there is a great way to treat

this if so - ask later.... If she needes

suppositories at such a young age, you may want to

question her emotionally as to what her infancy was

like and the pregnancy - the theme here being " holding

onto something " - this could go waaaaay back....which

would necessitate other txs. Anyway, gotta go. Hope

this helps.
