Not too bad for a very stressful day.

Hard boiled egg, extra lean turkey bacon, oatmeal

Smart ones low carb Chicken Parmeson with corn I added

Turkey, corn, beans, salsa

Chicken fajita pita, 1/2 pita, no cheese, lettuce or onions but lots

of salsa!

Balance Go Mix

Beef Jerky and was supposed to be WW toast but I forgot it so I had

1/2 bag of the Go Mix.

Water: 60 oz

Workout: cardio at lunch. I am doing a bit more cardio since I can't

do my UBWO until I get back into physical therapy which hopefully is

next week. And it is my relaxation technique!

Goods: It is so hard for me to be on the road and eat on plan. It is

like I get in the car for a trip over 50 miles and my mind goes

kaplooey and all I see is the fast food I drive by!

Bads: Forgot my WW Toast. Also think I need some better protein

choices next week. This week I'm making due since we haven't shopped

but no excuses next week!!

Today I'm feeling ok. The meeting with my sister went better than I

expected. She is still upest, very upset but willing to let

the " majority rule " .

Hope everyone has a great day. I plan on sticking on track, NOT

drinking any lemon drops tonight even tho I often turn to them for

stress relief. Instead I will take the two Vizslas for a run in the

fields and relax in a more healthy manner.

Good for you, Colleen. What is in a lemon drop, anyway? (Maybe I shouldn't

ask... it might make me want one, LOL)

We make them the original way but since then a lot of bars use triple

sec and/or sweet n sour...

1 shot Ketel One vodka (kept in freezer)

1 shot straight lemon juice

1 shot or 2 of water depending on how sour you like them

....this is the killer 2 TBSP of sugar!

Shaken and poured into a martini glass with a sugar rim

Definitely not BFL :)

I've always made them with Absolute Citron Vodak and sugar on the rim

of the glass..... YUM, THOSE ARE GOOD!!!
