Just sounds like you're maxing the muscles...hitting your 10's,

I'll get back to you on the muscle shaking but if you are not feeling

sore the next day I suggest changing your work-outs, you will be

feeling sore again in no time!

I read in a muscle magazine that the muscles start shaking trying to

prevent injury to themselves.

My muscles shake during and a little bit after I work them out. I

mean really shake. Doesn't scare me though...it makes me feel as if

I've really worked my muscles hard.
