P.S. I know this is not the bfl book schedule, but i have to adjust

for my situation to avoid just sitting there at the gym looking

hopeless. lol

Traps and forearm exercises are not included with the training for

life outline. If you add those two exercises that may fill in some of

your time at the gym and might eliminate the need for all the extra

ab work you've included.

Also that is too much ab work. The abs should be rested like any

other body part.

Hi there,

I'm no expert but I don't think this is a good idea. Just cuz you're

at the gym doesn't mean you need to be on a machine. There's no

reason to get injured or burn out just cuz you think other people

might be looking at you. Forget them! It's none of their business

anyway! Do your BFL workout and then relax, read a good book! Maybe

take a walk or sit in the sauna if you feel like it.
