Yes, Federal Way is alive and well, at least it was when I left for work this morning. ;-) I have been in feeling sorry for myself, being depressed and gaining lots of weight mode. I want to get back on track. This is one of the most supportive and informative groups I have ever seen, so here I am. It's good to see all the familiar faces and a bunch of eager new ones, too.
