Carl,

I cannot thank you enough for posting information

about the Proposed Ordinance from Liberty Township,

PA.

As you know, I live in PA., and I honestly think it is

an excellent idea, and I also believe it is something

that is desperately needed.

After saving the information from the link, I

proceeded to e-mail it to a Senator who has an office

a few miles from where I live, and I also e-mailed her

a copy of the New Castle County (Delaware) Residential

Rental Property Code, that was enacted in February

2006, with the hope she will be interested enough to

take action, so that Montgomery County Pennsylvania,

can get a Code such as the one in Delaware, and also

get an Ordinance passed such as the Proposed one in

Liberty Township, PA.

Thanks again, Carl. Without your post, I would have

never known about this, nor would I have known about

Article 1, 27 in the Pennsylvania Constitution.
