Next time you're buying pudding, try some banana. If you put one or two vanilla

wafers on banana protein pudding, you've got BFL banana cream pie. Just be sure

to have a family member lock the rest of the box of vanilla wafers in a safe or

something. :-)

's Protein Pudding

I just tried 's protein pudding and it was sooo yummy!!! Probably the

best " snack " I have tried. I made it with vanilla protein powder and vanilla

pudding since that is what I had on hand. I bet the chocolate is even

better! My protein serving was more like 18 after I split it but probably

because of the brand of pp I was using. Still a good mix though. THANKS

for the idea!!

2 cups milk

30g chocolate protein powder

1 box Jell-O sugar-free instant chocolate pudding

mix, divide it into 2 containers, chill - makes 2 servings

300 cals, 23g pro and 26g carbs.

I made a glorious discovery when I made this for the first time over

the weekend. The milk I used wasn't very cold so I popped my bowl in

the freezer to get the pudding to thicken quicker, then promptly

forgot about it for about 25 minutes. When I came back it had turned

into partially frozen protein pudding yummyness! This would be great

for anyone having an ice cream craving.....

I don't know why I hadn't tried that pudding before. DANG,- That was really

tasty, and

I was a pastry chef before so I can be hyper critical about deserts that don't

have real

sugar in them... What kind of milk did you use? I used 1 %. This was VERY

VERY

worth trying, and you don't even have to do anything but stir it! Can I eat that

every

day?
