Seems some post have answered the low dose naltrexone and gave the

website of Dr. Bihari. The LDN worked wonders for me the first week

of Dec. 17, 2004 and I expect it still is and will get back to where

I was once my endorphins catch up after the air scrubbers and my

toxic heat filled me full of excessive toxins. The work toxins

tho..... but was breathing them before on the LDN. Skip's pharmacy

is a well known LDN compounder and cheaper prices than most other

compounders in US for LDN. You can make your own LDN from a 50mg

Revia and here are some instructions for guidelines on making

homemade LDN if you get a script from a doctor. www.goodshape.net

Scroll to bottom and find homemade naltrexone or LDN. I use a 2oz

pimento jar to mix my LDN with distilled water and have a oral

syringe. Keep refrigerated also in liquid form. I have ordered from

Mexico also from www.medsmex.com and you don't need a script but have

heard that Canada and Mexico US customs have confiscated some drugs

passing thru tho it use to be totally legal to get meds from Mexico

and with Canada with a script from them.

One 50mgs pill at 4.5mgs will last 10 days with some left over.

Normal doses are from 3mgs to 4.5mgs. Normal times to take LDN are

between 9pm and 3am. Tricks the body to think it didn't make enough

endorphins and then it makes more and will regulate where they should

be. Dr. Bihari found that most people have low endorphins with

different ailments and diseases. Dr. Bihari has been prescribing LDN

for over 20+ years. You can join the low dose naltrexone group

and read on www.low dose naltrexone.org for more info. I know the LDN

worked for me and I take it in the liquid method that is described on

the link above. Gave me more energy that way then came my toxic heat

ETC........I expect LDN to get my endorphins back up real soon.

Endorphins help decrease inflammation also.

I believe the weakness I have right now is from the detoxing and the

CSM b/c I wasn't like that before CSM. But I did get some symptoms

back when my toxic heat blew zillions of toxins in my house and then

those air scrubbers!!! I advise anyone to Get Out of the House if

air scrubbers are used or keep a N95 mask on and goggles over eyes

and a body suit. Best to get out!! I remember a post now that

someone told me to get out of house during remediation and now I'm

paying for not staying out. I was worried about my animals and

wasn't going to be easy to round up my six bunnies to go somewhere

else to stay. The cats, they wanted out of house anyhow. Couldn't

get away from the noise inside or outside.
