Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, ff cheese and 1/2 cup oatmeal

Meal 2: Veggie burger with ff cheese and an apple

Meal 3: Chicken Salad Sandwich

Meal 4: CC with Kashi

Meal 5: Chicken Fajita

OOPPSS: 3 Brownies (Arg)

Meal 6: 1/2 cup oatmeal, tofu and deli turkey

Good:

Did HIIT

No MRB

Bad:

3 Brownies. Wasn't even really hungry since I just ate Meal 5, just

saw them and had to have them :o(

Don't feel too bad. If you saw mine, you'll see that I had several cookies

today... and I had some more AFTER I sent it while I was stressing about my

internet connection acting up!

: (

Better luck tomorrow. At least you ate clean, other than that... and you

didn't drink any Coca-Cola like me!

Sounds like you are still doing well tho! I've had milk duds jump

right into my mouth from the box before before I knew it <G>.

OH MAN - for me its Tootsie Rolls right after lunch - however, I

limit myself to 2!

I love Tootsie Rolls, too, but using chocolate protein powder and

cocoa in that homemade Stella's Kitchen nutrition bar recipe makes

them taste enough like Tootsie Rolls to satisfy the craving.
