Guest guest
My protocol that is working for me is thyroid meds early in morning, then wait an hour, then light breakfast, take supplements, then have breakfast, then 10am snack if needed and wait another hour then CSM, then wait 30-60 min and then eat lunch. then take supps if needed, and later 1 hour before dinner, do my 2nd dose of the day of CSM. Another thing that works for me is taking something with small amt of fat as part of the meal post the CSM treatment. anyway that is what I am doing and I am very chemically sensitive and very tender GI issues and this is working for me. I am taking the non-compounded Eon labs version of CSM which has sorbitol and sucrose. I am not reacting to it or so it seems. Been on it since Jan. --- fancy1413 <fancy1413@...> wrote: > Thanks > Like a dummy I had him take the CSM 1 hr before he > ate and took the > other supplements, should have been the other way > around, but he > took the full 1 1/2teas without problem. Guest guest
Thanks I don't know why I'm having a brain " moment " with this but I am.. Guess there's too many schedules and etc running around in my head. He takes amino acids at 10am, so the best would be at 6-7am an hr before bkfst, eat in an hr and take supplements with the food--but then wouldn't it bind with the vit type supplements??. 10am amino acids. manytimes if he's in the field he won't be in at noon. then he could take the CSM an hr before supper (dinner),eat and then take supplements and antibiotic for lyme. Our darn instructions from the compounding pharmacy say to take other meds 1 hr or more before or at least 4 hours after taking this medicine- I guess that's why I'm confused- it's opposite of what makes sense- cos you're supposed to take it on an empty stomach aren't you-except for juice/applesauce,etc that you mix it with. I'm so confused by this!! Crazy....I will look up what it says in a PDR or something.... thanks much Rose Marie > > > Thanks > > Like a dummy I had him take the CSM 1 hr before he > > ate and took the > > other supplements, should have been the other way > > around, but he > > took the full 1 1/2teas without problem.
