Guest guest
Ok, this week has not turned out that good. I started well, just finishing up week 4 with great pictures and results and then this hurricane stuff is just driving me crazy. My organized afternoons are total chaos with talking with family, packing, taking pictures of the house, shopping, finding hotels, etc, I just ate what I could when I could. I know I could have done better but I am a little stressed. If we have to leave our house and go to a hotel, I just know I won't be able to eat good, considering our 6.5 hour drive to the hotel will probably take 8 hours because of the traffic and with a 16-month old child in the car, I may just die. ANYWAYS - Is it ok to just try my best during this time and pick it back up when things settle down. I would just hate to be upset with myself with each meal I mess up on. Will one bad 4-day week (Sun -Wed were good) screw up the results that I have gotten so far? Please help!!! Thanks!
Guest guest
Of course it's okay. You just take care and stay safe! And don't die. ; ) " Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming 'Wow - what a Ride!' First off, please give yourself permission to take life as it comes. Sometimes life sends us a hiccup, speed bump or major natural disaster and that is what we need to deal with. Safety is first and foremost for you and your family and all those inolved in this blasted hurricane. I know when my dad was first sent to the hospital I pretty much lost all thoughts of BFL and purely focused on his health and I have no regrets. Did I gain a few lbs, well yes I did, but I needed all my energy to deal with the situation. I don't think 4 days will stall any progress. I've been off the wagon about six weeks or so now...it's kind of all a blur. Prayers to you! Colleen
