Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you! With a small baby in the

house i'm only getting to the computer about twice a week.

The lean out menu is on Skwiggs website... hang on a sec...

http://www.skwigg.com/id55.html

Read the whole site while you're there. It's pretty fantastic

stuff. :)

So far so good this week, with one day to go, every meal has been BFL

approved and no sneaky snacking. Admittedly, at 5am this morning,

after being up for 3 hours with a sick 9 week old, I had a glass of

milk, I was starving and in no mood to make or eat food. I'm just

going to temporarily " authorize " plain, low fat milk. LOL. :) I even

managed to eat nothing at a mom's coffee group today. Yay me!

I hope you're doing well with your " perfect week " !

Thanks Phoenix! Hope your lil one is feeling better soon. I remember

those days as my daughter is now almost 4 years old. I was a single

mom to her for 18 months of her life until I married my husband.

It's hard taking care of a baby, esp a sick baby! And my opinion,

your low fat milk is OK in desperate times! ~N
