Guest guest
Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you! With a small baby in the house i'm only getting to the computer about twice a week. The lean out menu is on Skwiggs website... hang on a sec... http://www.skwigg.com/id55.html Read the whole site while you're there. It's pretty fantastic stuff. So far so good this week, with one day to go, every meal has been BFL approved and no sneaky snacking. Admittedly, at 5am this morning, after being up for 3 hours with a sick 9 week old, I had a glass of milk, I was starving and in no mood to make or eat food. I'm just going to temporarily " authorize " plain, low fat milk. LOL. I even managed to eat nothing at a mom's coffee group today. Yay me! I hope you're doing well with your " perfect week " ! Guest guest
Thanks Phoenix! Hope your lil one is feeling better soon. I remember those days as my daughter is now almost 4 years old. I was a single mom to her for 18 months of her life until I married my husband. It's hard taking care of a baby, esp a sick baby! And my opinion, your low fat milk is OK in desperate times! ~N > Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you!
