Guest guest Posted June 21, 2006 Report Posted June 21, 2006 Hello everyone, Any insight regarding this situation will be greatly appreciated. I have used the lunar phase balancing plan (alternating ground seeds + a homeopathic every 7 days) for women experiencing female hormonal health issues. However, i've sometimes seen it create aggravation. Specifically, in women who menstruate during the full moon and ovulate during the new moon. How important is to " match " cycles to the lunar phase. For example, one woman who had this " flipped " cycle did well when we supported her cycle as it was happening, but then felt horrible when we tried to shift her cycle to fit the lunar calendar. Does having a flipped cycle mean there is a fundamental issue with the female's biorhythm? Can this set her up for future health issues? Is it ok to just support the cycle regardless of the lunar calendar? Thanks, Imola Quote
