Guest guest
Vicki: ....The people in my family roll their eyes a lot when I get psycho about my current size. THey keep my obese pictures around to remind me how far I've come. Lydia: Do you have any pics of you at the size you want to be? If not... you can " doctor " photos in photoshop or another graphics program to " fake " it. It is much better to look at pics of where you want to be instead of where you came from, in terms of motivation. Guest guest
Yes, actually, I've been browsing through the many fitness magazines accumulating in the house, looking for some good pictures that I can paste my head onto. I'm thinking of having fun with it, and have the pictures " ambush " me: behind the bathroom door, inside the corner of a hallway, perching atop a mirror, and of course, in and around the fridge, etc. Vicki > Vicki: > ...The people in my family roll their eyes a lot > when I get psycho about my current size.
