Obese pictures (was: New high)

....The people in my family roll their eyes a lot

when I get psycho about my current size. THey keep my obese pictures

around to remind me how far I've come.

Do you have any pics of you at the size you want to be? If not... you can

" doctor " photos in photoshop or another graphics program to " fake " it. It is

much better to look at pics of where you want to be instead of where you

came from, in terms of motivation. If you read back through our posts here,

you'll see some on this subject from about a month or so ago.

Yes, actually, I've been browsing through the many fitness magazines

accumulating in the house, looking for some good pictures that I can

paste my head onto. I'm thinking of having fun with it, and have the

pictures " ambush " me: behind the bathroom door, inside the corner of a

hallway, perching atop a mirror, and of course, in and around the

fridge, etc.
