There is a really good recipe in there. You spice up boneless skinless chicken with some spices and hot sauce. It is really good. I haven't used that book in a long time. I should dust it off and make that recipe. My kids love it.
Guest guest
I do have Eating for Life. I forget about it since during my first challenge I wanted to be " perfect " . Now I'm 9 weeks out from a contest and though I should be really strict, I'm a little tired of it! I'll go back through the book...thanks! ---Mandi
Guest guest
Well you cant be eating actual chicken wings because they are quite fatty by themselves, but you can cut strips of chicken and make something like this: *Cajun Chicken Strips* 1 - 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup Garlic flavored bread crumbs 2 - 3 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning 1 - 2 egg whites Cut chicken breasts into thickstrips or wedges. Mix cajun seasoning with garlic breadcrumbs ~ Dip strips into egg whites & drag thru dry mixture till thoroughly coated ~ Line up coated chicken pieces on pre-sprayed or nonstick baking sheet ~ Bake in oven at 450 degrees for about 15 -20 minutes or till crispy ~ yummy hot or cold If you want it hotter just add in some chili hot sauce to the bread crumbs too. :-0~~~~~ <--flames! <<joni>> *more chicken recipes here: http://www.geocities.com/jgrrl2/chicken.html
Guest guest
What about the hot wing sauce you can buy from the grocery store? If you brush it on chicken breasts, shouldn't be too bad...might add carbs but u need those anyway. > Does anybody have a hot wings (Buffalo Chicken) type of recipe?
