Guest guest Posted July 29, 2004 Report Share Posted July 29, 2004 Hey Ladies. I'm wondering what your thoughts are regarding eating immediately after a weights workout...or waiting the full hour. I have about 20-25 lbs of fat to lose (28% BF) and wasn't sure if there would be more benefit to " feeding " my muscles within 30 minutes of the weights workout (I do all of my exercising in the morning right when I wake up...after my coffee, of course!) I'm glad you asked that - my husband is always telling me that I should have a protein shake or my last meal right after my w/o.
