I'm just getting started with this HIIT. is that right ? Or is it HITT ? seems

I've seen it both ways.. anyhow, when I get to the place where I am suppossed to

be at a level 10 there are usually tears in my eyes and some grunting going on

because of the extreme burning in my calves and thigh muscles.......My heart

rate monitor is at 145 or so (for me that is the aerobic lvl) Most of the rest

of the 20 min. I am at 120 BPM to 130 BPM. I have HBP an am on a diuretic atm.

I figured this was all good towards getting me to my goals , am I right ? I am

just doing the 3x a week cardio and 3x a week weights, eating right, setting

goals etc. like the BFL book says and HOPING to see lots of good results.

w/o on the treadmill... sweat gallons, LOL

BUT on LBWO days, I get pretty queasy after working my abs!

My HIIT is like in the book, but I do it on a Step machine. I get the

throw up feeling everytime! LOL!

You'll see results sooner than I... cuz I'm still having a hard time

sticking to the food plan... but I'm not missing any workouts.

You sound like you're right on track... and your description of the level 10

cardio is dead-on... LOL... seems I'm the only one in the cardio room

grunting, too, but fortunately most of them have walkmans so they don't hear

me!

I've been getting up higher and higher on the incline. Still not ready to

give up the treadmill for another form of cardio yet, though!

Thank God, I have treadmil here at home.........OMG......LOL..........My

boyfriend bought it for me, for my B-day this past May :). When I was doing my

first cardio the BFL way, I had on my headphones...when I got done, I took them

off an he was hollering.. " are you ok ? what's goin on in there ? you ok ? "

LOL.hahahaha.........cracked me up ! Between the grunting and the panting....I

guess I am pretty noisy.......

Have you done a challenge or posted pics ?
