I decided to join Ediets, since they began offering the BFL/EFL plan. I know

it's not " necessary " , and some will call it a crutch, but it is working great

for me. All of my meals are pre-planned, and a lot of the recipes come from the

EFL cookbook. I just like someone else telling me what to eat... I print out

the week's menus and the grocery list and I am set. I am just not disciplined

enough to plan my meals and follow through myself, I guess. I also joined a

" game " there that requires team members to be accountable for exercising and

sticking to the plan. I know it's not for everyone, but it is sure working for

me...I've lost 5 lbs in the first two weeks.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh

Please help.....for the LIFE of me I cannot find (or stick to) a good

nutritional plan.....(what to eat) see I was doing the low (LOW) carb

thing for a while, but half assed that while I ate sugar free

chocolates and whatnot (umm, BAD BLOATING AND GAS, dont eat the sugar

free candies in bulk)

Anyway---my workouts are good, and getting better...(currently going

6 days a week) but i am afraid to start BFL....i have about fifteen

pounds (short term) twenty five or thirty long term to lose..

i stand 5'9 " at around 168-170

i am bustin out of a size 11 and last summer was comfortably in a

nine....even a seven at times...

AHHHHHHHHH

I am just so afraid to eat " good carbs " after not eating ANY carbs

basically and tons of fat for the last few months but I AM

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO READY to lose this weight and get tone and hot!!!

(oh and i know i am going to get yelled at for this) but what are

your thoughts on PHENTERMINE??? (NOT FEN PHEN) but phentermine???

They are currently running a special of $2.99/week...I think you can sign up for

longer time periods (3 mos, 6 mos, etc) and maybe save a few dollars that way.

I know the website says $2.99 per week, but I got a special deal and

it was $59 for the whole year, the diet and either fitness or recipe

club included. I would call there and ask about that. I LOVE having

the menus made for me, it is really helping keeping me honest. and

you can substitute anything you don't like.

I also like the fitness aspect - I use the stretching portion quite a

bit. And the chat groups are wonderful, as well. Not as good as

this one, but nice nonetheless!
