Guest guest
Leanness Lifestyle is similar to BFL in that it's intense exercise and clean bodybuilding nutrition. It's a lot more involved though - counting calories, weighing and measuring food, zig-zagging high and low calorie days, quite a bit of cardio, no free day, more aggressive calorie restriction. It definitely works if you can take it. Some people thrive on that level of detail and some people completely wig out. You do have to be a bit more meticulous about your intakes, percentages, etc. with your food, which is so far the only thing that has kept me from trynig it. In the past, I spent years critiquing, counting, weighing, measuring food and for now I am enjoying just doing the palm/fist measurement. I think also there is not a free day but two meals or one, not sure about that tho. Colleen
