Guest guest
It's one of the test Dr. Shoemaker runs and is Matrix Metalloproteinases including #9 enzymes that effect the tissues underneath blood vessel walls. MMP9 is adept at delivering inflammatory elements out of blood vessels and putting them where they shouldn't be in brain, nerve, lung, muscle and joint. Dr. Shoe's book says if you see high MMP9, look for toxins and cytokines. My MMP9 would probably be even higher without the low dose naltrexone I started back in Dec. 2004. I think the LDN is why other test came back within normal range like the MSH, and Leptin ETC. But there is a WAR going on now since my remediation and air scrubbers and the old hvac at my house in Fall that just loaded me full of toxins and my workplace is contaminated and I think will start wearing a mask tommorow. How high can MMP9 get? Can members here post there MMP9 amounts so I can see the differences. Guest guest
Rhonda, My MMP is 355. It says the " normal " range is 0 to 983. However, I read in the book Mold Warriors that anything above 300 may be significant. Ann
Guest guest
Why haven't more members posted their MMP9 blood work results? I thought a lot of members here got tested, maybe not. Guess I have a high reading and know why from them air scrubbers ETC. I was doing OK before all that remediation and old hvac but still breathing the toxins but just got Blasted FAST. I hope I can get back at least to where I was but wonder.....but have the CSM now too so time will tell. Guest guest
Rhonda, I didn't response since you asked if anyone had higher MMP9. I got my results out but they weren't higher so I didn't post them. My results were borderline on that test, 305, which was within normal range of 85-332. However, my C3a was 3,961, when normal range is 0- 358 and my C4a was 5,887 with normal range is 101-745. Hope that helps. --- In , " Rhonda " <rhondaleokitty@...> wrote: > > Why haven't more members posted their MMP9 blood work results? I > thought a lot of members here got tested, maybe not. Guest guest
I bet my MMP9 results would be even higher right now if not on the low dose naltrexone. I'm not sure these other test you mentioned were done on me. My test results said near 0-900 was normal. I can't believe up to that high would be called normal. I got poisoned at home and work so pretty much 24/7 that I know of for 25 years and who knows before that. The OSHA forms get technical which means could take rest of year or longer for my boss to finish if he remembers he is even filling them out to begin with. Guest guest
Ronda, I have had MMP9 tested several times. My highest result was 1451 and the lowest around 660. --- In , " Rhonda " <rhondaleokitty@...> wrote: > > Why haven't more members posted their MMP9 blood work results? Guest guest
-This test was recently after 25+ yrs of exposure if not more and after remediation where I got a lot worse with the air scrubbers. Could have the test again later depending what cost is. Rhonda -- In , " moldcankill " <moldcankill@...> wrote: > > Ronda, > > I have had MMP9 tested several times.
