Hi Laurie, I have 200+ articles saved on my web 2.0. I would love

to have put on a site. mostly studys and articles, news clips, all

dealing with mold, several dealing with katrina. I like the

toxicmoldawareness.com Idea. I had thought of makeing a site with

just studys, articles, exc. were mold victims could get a lot of

info. without haveing to do a lot of searches. but being ill myself

and dealing with a lot right now, I dont want to take on a big

project. and haveing not been involved much with the internet sence

my computer repair and programing schooling in 1987-89, Im very rusty

on my knowledge. I believe ms-dos has become a thing of the

past, lol's. but anyway, I haven't set up a site for several reasons.

but I can send these articles one at a time to where ever. I just

dont have a clue about the ins and outs of manageing a sight. if its

just something where these things can be located thats fine, but I

dont want to deal with anything more than that. and it would be great

to be able to have these studys and articles together somewhere where

mold victims could go and read them, and post them as I come across

them. someone told me I could get a web site for free, set up, but I

didn't write down the place to go, and have forgot it. let me know if

this fits in with what you had planned for your site. I could even

send you these a few at a time and you could do what you want. I

think the more info. out there the better, and a lot in one place

would be good. but several of my saves are from pubmed, mold-help,

news sites,

exc.

all of this. Maybe there is something that can ease some of the

stomach discomfort, etc?

Laurie,

When you first start taking cholestyramine, you may feel worse too,

for a while, but for me, at least, the results were very much worth

it, I went from a very bad situation (I had almost all of the symptoms

Dr. S. mentions in his book) to a substantially less bad one, (now I

only have ten or fifteen of them.. sigh..) now I need to completely

get out of new mold exposure as the cholestyramine only can bind

mycotoxins once they make it to the GI system, which for mycotoxins

that were inhaled or absorbed through the skin, is after they have

already done some damage..

I'm working on this, but even taking it 4x a day, I can only take a

few hours a day in the old 'mold palace' - even with a N95 mask on.

Fatigue is the worst.. I get so tired I can barely walk..
