MCS and food allergies are hard. I have both. Barely leave my house, am only

able to eat a few thibgs and stay on prednisone. I am weaning off the

prednisone now. This mold contamination has made my body a mess and steroids a

well

suppress your immune system.

The Mcs, I have air cleaners with odor rings in them in the kitchen and

bedroom as I cannot tolerate even cooking smells.

Janet I totally understand and can relate to you. When I first became ill I

couldn't tolerate my normal foods and was on a very healthy, everything home

cooked diet to control my Lupus. After the mold exposure I couldn't

tolerate my foods and had to find foods which I could tolerate. It is very

frustrating to say the least.

I hope you are under a good physician's care to help you wean off the

prednisone slowly and find replacement therapies for it. It's difficult

isn't it.

What is an " odor ring " for your air purifiers? Haven't heard of them.
