Hi Brad. I don't quite understand why she is doing a water fast. Anyway, may I suggest some basic things:

-avoid touching her face with her hands. You'd be surprised as to how many times throughout the day we touch our face or certain parts of our face

-avoid synthetic cosmetics, soaps, cleansers, etc. use natural soaps and creams. I use the ones from Ferlow Brothers or Biomedica (through Ecotrend)

-how's her GIT/digestion and BM?

-reciting positive affirmations in front of the mirror whether she believes it or not can be quite effective especially if there are emotional issues involved (emotional freedom technique, EFT)

-also for the time being you may want to have her try a topical green tea acne cream from OriginBiomedicinals Inc. (www.originbiomed.com)

These are just the basics but often times forgotten in the midst of trying to find the cure. Good luck!

Brad,

After ALL this treatment and nothing really to show, I would suspect the problem is LIKELY NOT on a physical level.

Just this week I started treating a patient with a 12+ year history of cystic acne. She also had done a variety of treatments, including antibiotics, without much change. Based on my assessment I felt it was a LUNG problem, so that is what we treated - not the standard GI/ Liver that we immediately think of.

So for this patient I would suggest you look elsewhere.

You may want to start with COP, probiotics and FLOWER ESSENCES based on what the acne is doing to her psyche.

Actually, in terms of Chinese medicine, the skin is ruled by the Lungs.
