Taking csm 4X a day is difficult. This is what worked for me. I mixed mine

up the night before in the little plastic sippy jugs, the kind kids use for

lunch.Just don't get cheap ones from the dollar store, get them at WalMart I

think Rubbermaind makes them. I would set my alarm for about 5AM shake the jug

well, drink, followed by a little jug of water. Never even had to leave the

bed! When I got up later I could eat right away and take my other meds. About

11AM I would take the next dose and then eat about 1 hr. later. I would

repeat the same about 4PM eat about 6PM, take any meds an hr. later. Finally

about 9 or 10PM I took my last dose & made the morning dose. The little sippy

jugs are also great if you need to go out. Just mix it up before, take another

of water and you are ready to go. It's worked for me the past 2 yrs.

I don't know why I'm having a brain " moment " with this but I am..

Guess there's too many schedules and etc running around in my head.

He takes amino acids at 10am, so the best would be at 6-7am an hr

before bkfst,eat in an hr and take supplements with the food--but

then wouldn't it bind with the vit type supplements??. 10am amino

acids. manytimes if he's in the field he won't be in at noon. then

he could take the CSM an hr before supper (dinner),eat and then take

supplements and antibiotic for lyme. Our darn instructions from the

Thanks to ALL who answered- I was afraid for him to take the full

amount 4x/day as his herx (Lyme/toxins/dieoff) seems to be lung

congestion and shortness of breath, so will do it 2x/d, can't imagine

how to try and get it in with everything else 4x a day. He will have

to decide when to take it.For me it'd be easy to take thru the night

as I have to get up!! Would it bind with the fish oil or Phoschol? as
