Thank you for your reply. And in the nick of time too. I sent her the following protocol to begin after we had assessed her reaction to plussing diphtherum 30C for 7 days. I just called her and she said she hadn't started plussing yet. Thus I redirected her to the UNDA's et al:

9, 14, 48 5 gtt TID

CuAuAg - M,W,F MnCu - T, Th, F

Acer 75 gtt in the am

Next month I will focus more on the CNS, altho I did get a 9 in there. And then maybe plus the diph? We'll have to see. Thank you.

I have a 76 yo female pt who experienced first hand WW II while shewas growing up in Holland. She suffers from prostration,allergies,shingles and such. I have been trying to boost her immune system,as shingles is an opportunistic infection, indicating a suppressedimmune system. After 4 months of treatment (liver, kidneys, somejoints etc.), she has made very little progress. She seemed verymelancholic, often wondered "what's the use". I thought sheprofiled a miasm of sycosis and thus I gave her a single dose ofThuja 200c to provoke some reaction. There was a slightimprovement, more head itching and draining and peeling of some skinlesions. As I talked to her today in the office, it was revealedthat at the age of 18 yo, in Holland, she went through an entirebout of diptheria with no medical attention, to the point where shecoughed up her tonsils. So. Does one do more clearing here toprepare the pt for diphterinum or does one cut to the chase andprescribe the nosode? Would MK be the dose & if so, how often orsingle?
