I felt poorly a few days ago, and as I was making another brew and being surrounded by a multitude of the benevolent, glistening, slippery beings I found myself suddenly in the shoes of Alice in Wonderland as I heard their 'voices' urge 'Eat Me'. And then it overpowered me..... I was surprised how easy it was to bite into the scoby in my hand. It tasted wonderful, just like a sweet-and-sour pickle. I ate it all and felt well satisfied. BTW I neither shrank nor grew into a giant. I feel really well now - more energetic than I have felt for many weeks.
