Rhonda, I'm sorry to hear you are having such a terrible time at your

workplace!

You mentioned you only have enough CSM to last a short time.

Does your can of CSM say to take it 2 or 4 times a day? If it says 4X then

you should get 3 cans when you pick up your prescription. When I first

started taking it the pharmacy only gave me one can which did not last for a

month. They recalculated and resubmitted it to the ins. If it says 4X a day

then

one can isn't enough. I don't know if that's what has happened to you but

make sure your pharmancy is giving you the correct amount! Also remember to

drink lots of liquids during the day!! I don't have much appetite either but

I

try to eat fruit for breakfast and smaller portions for lunch and dinner.

days but went back to two. Only have enough for two a day til next

appt. I'm so small, two probably is enough. Still have no

appetitie and sucks trying to eat

Friday my boss was inspecting around the building and filling out

forms I beleive for OSHA. He found mold in lots of places including

growing in the lobby where I sit. This is on the outside of the

ceiling panels and I can imagine what is up in the ceiling and on

the fiberboard ceiling tiles. He actually said to me that maybe we

could get a new building built by all this but I will be retired

probably before that happens. Think he realizes we have MOLD at

work but he doesn't yet get the health issues involved including his

own and he shows evidence of alzheimers already. Just the dock

areas is gross and visable mold everywhere on the air ducts and

everything else on ceiling. I know it's inside the ducts and the

hvac b/c I can see it and smell it. Others in the building said

sinuses drive them nuts and lots of the ceiling tiles have holes in

them and some just gone. I think Monday I will start wearing a mask

which everyone there really should.

The test results I got back makes me mad b/c says not elevated

which is a lie. But that was just for the hour I put the petri dish

out. Does say to remove for a healthy environment. I asked other

people if they would give $$ and I'd send in the other dish from

down the hall which is gross. I'm at the front door so spores get

out when door opens. I'm sure on other floors that aren't

venitlated is really bad. Smells very strange up there too with

boxes of records stored.

I am taking a shower when I get home and getting clothes off but

that doesn't help while I'm breathing for 8 hours toxins.

Still haven't got test results back from environmental doc yet but

should this week. I go back on April 3rd.

A front is coming thru and I feel yucky.

I saw pics online of fungus in lungs ETC. and that is gross and no

telling what is in my sinuses too. If it was 1.7cm X 1.9cm two

years ago, may be bigger now. I'd rather it be a cyst or whatever

than fungus ball in my sinus. Gross!!!

couldn't figure out why it smelled so strange and even one bunny

flipped out on the smell. Well, I accidently picked up garlic

flakes instead of onion flakes, Whew!! maybe that garlic will kill

off some of them toxins!

Will up date on what happens at work. At least supposedly my

building didn't have Abestos like next door. I can say they have

MOLD too and had abestoes and been lots of sicknesses and deaths

over there in the 24+ years of me being around there. Also, a man

died in my builing with cancer in sinuses and years back a woman

with cancer and another with chron's but probably was mold. Other

people have had intestinal problems also called other things. Have

a guy now with colon problems. Lots of people have left so haven't

heard about their health but one man got colon cancer and was there

a long time too. He also said he felt a lot better after leaving

that place but then got cancer. Lots of BIG people there too that

can't lose weight. Oh, I had a supervisor, not mine, pat me on the

back Friday when they saw MOLD in the lobby. Well, I guess they

might be getting IT a little.

I have a new toilet, yay!!!!! The other one had mold in tank and

grew in the bowl also and underneath was gross too with ants feeding

off the stuff. The guy said he'd scrape off all the nasty stuff

and did. Said my toilet looked over 200 yro and only 12+yro and

he's seen lots of toilets.
