I'm not a Dr. but when I first started the CSM I took it 4X a day. Now it's

only 2X a day unless I've had an exposure then it's back to 4X a day for a

week!

I'm not a doctor and I do know that some on this list who see Dr.S have

reported taking more than 2x per day i.e. 3 or 4x per day but no mention re

their bodysize etc.

I see Dr. T again the week before Rhonda does and am curious and will ask

why he suggests 2 doses /day when Dr. S suggests more and will bring the

book with that area underlined.

I did go up to 3 doses per day for about 10 days (can seems to allow a bit

of slush and gives more than 2 doses per day and my pharmacy only RXes the

cans vs the packets) and had much more difficulty timing the CSM with food

intake and other RXes that conflict with the CSM. So I am on 2 doses per

day; one before lunch and one before dinner and have been on this dose for

about 9 weeks.

While certain symptoms let up immediately and my VCS scores continue to

improve greatly, I am now 8 days into an exacerbation of my CNS problems. I

had initially hoped that the CSM would begin addressing and put these

problems at bay but concerned that some of the CNS damage may not be

fixable.

I get a box of 60 so 2X a day will last. I have refills but can

only get one script per month. I think I'll stick with 2 packets

per day since that hasn't caused any complications but hope that is

enough to get rid of this crap. I just wondered b/c poisoned so

long if 3-4 times a day might help me more. More isn't always

better I know. Will this barometer ever stop being so EXTREME.

Never felt anything like this before.

So then we are dependent on what our particular doc is willing to prescribe

for us re the CSM from what you are writing. My doc is using the 2x per day

protocol and that is what the RX reads.

Body size doesn't even come into play. There are children on 3-4

times a day. The reason for this there is no telling what time

during the day that this process occurs, the toxins being dumped

back into the bile.

Whatever your Rx says you should be given enough to last you for a month.

Just like any other medication. If you are given a RX for allergy pills and

the directions say to take one a day then you should have 30 for the month.

The only reason I mentioned the amount is because I had a problem with my Rx at

first. They only gave me 1 can and because the directions from the Dr. said

4X a day it certainly didn't last a whole month. I should have been getting

3 cans! The pharmacist should be able to multipy the number of scoops to the

amount in the can.
