Guest guest
Barb, Yes, you have it right. Elimate it all at first, I sent a brief discription of what we did. You don't have to wait for 2 whole weeks to add stuff. But, you should wait atleast 7 days, I learned the hard way. As I said, I am just learning too. But, trial and error will make me a good example. hehehe The 2 week idea, is just a goal. The first 2 weeks we found to be the hardest. Not because of the food, but this is when we felt the worst. I felt exhausted, tired, even got headaches, Bianca very similar. But, 3 days ago started feeling better in the morning, but horrible in the afternoon, 2 days ago felt a little better, then yesterday felt pretty good, then today 2 1/2 weeks later I feel the best I have felt since we were exposed. Tons of energy, my brain fog has lifted, I had positive thoughts all day, which has not been in the cards for a long time. I have been told it only gets better. Bianca 1 week no bad problems, got a stomach ache a couple of times, but when she has gotten these in the past I just pack up for the hospital, but these 2 times it only lasted for about an hour, then went away. No vomiting, diarrehea, nothing. I was amazed. I will tell you this though, not to be gross but you are asking so I'm giving. After day 3 when we started having regular bowel movements several times a day, not diarehea, just what I consider should be normal(not that I would know from experience), we had excessive gas, it lasted about 2 days. Then cleared up. I have heard this does happen when your system starts to re-act and work properly. My husband, even can remember my name now-he completes sentences, remembers his thoughts, even smiles, says he is feeling the best he has felt too. , had done a complete turn around, as Bianca has too. So, now we go into our next 2 weeks-I am looking forward to it, can't wait to see how it goes. I will not add any new foods this next 2 weeks. If you need anything, please let me know.
