Hi Everyone,

Okay, I am going to share what we are eating. Please remember, I have added

things, things we can tolerate others can't. This is just what is working

for us.

Also, EVERYTHING I list is Organic.

When we started (the 1st 3 days, as it was all confusing)

I also spoke with another parent at our school who had to do something

similar, so that helped.

Nothing with gluten/sugar/yeast/dairy/eggs. However, I did leave in the

yogurt, but was able to find a organic brand, with 5 active cultures in it

that was the only thing I left in the diet with dairy. We did leave rice in

the diet, as it is easily digested, but only organic, not minute rice.

Rice milk, rice cakes, apples, blueberries, chicken, salad stuff, yogurt

(once a day), raw nuts, raisins, fish, yams. That was about it the 1st few

days.

Then at day 5 peanut butter, jelly (with Stevia).

At day seven I tried red skin potatoes, this a big no, no. Bianca and I

both got sick. So that was my first mistake, but I had read they were a

good alternative, and I was trying to see if I could add them back, guess

not.

Day 9 eggs

Day 12-I had been doing alot of research on milks. So, I decided to give it

a try. So, far it has worked. But, I will not add anything else for

another couple of weeks until I make sure the milk is alright. For

(my son) I got 1% non-homogenized-organic, for Bianca non-homogenized

lactose free with digestive enzymes. Also, I added cottage cheese/lactose

free, for Bianca, as she was needing more protein at her morning snack.

She's not a big meat eater.

Apples, blueberries, and at day 10 rasperberries, pears. (all fresh no

canned or frozen)

Rice cheese

Day 14- I found organic gluten/sugar/yeast/dairy free frozen waffles, flat

bread gluten/sugar/yeast free/dairy, fresh lunch meat with no fillers,

additives, and so forth pure chicken and turkey breast.

Sample diet as of now:

Breakfast:

1 egg (twice a week only)

1 rice cake with 1 tsp. peanut butter, 1/2 tsp jelly

1/2 apple/few slices of banana

1/2 C. milk (each child gets their own)

Snack:

1/4 cup cottage cheese

10 blueberries, 5 raspberries, 1/4 pear, 1/4 apple

Water

Lunch:

1 flatbread (as described above)

2 slices of chicken/turkey breast

lettuce

4 cherry tomatoes

Rolled into a sandwich

Carrots/Celery/Red peppers

Water with fresh lemon and Stevia

Baked Yam chips (twice a week)

Snack: (my kids are allowed snack at school when needed)

Water

Raisins/raw nuts

Apple rice cake

Apple/pear

Dinner: Dinner:

Chicken/Fish Rice pasta

Zuchini Organic homeade pasta sauce

Salad Salad

Homeade bisquits. No gluten/yeast/sugar/dairy

Snack:

Yogurt, with some sliced banana, raw nuts, and a rice cake if they would

like.

We now stay away from beef, as it is very hard on the digestive system, I

just learned about this too. No mushrooms either.

I use only cold pressed olive oil to cook with, only need that for the eggs.

Also, no spices except fresh organic garlic, occasionally.

I am still learning, and will continue to learn.

I hope this has helped a bit. If you'd like anything further let me know.

If you have any suggetions, feel free.

I forgot to mention, that the pasta sauce I will only give once every couple

of weeks as a treat, because of the acid in the tomatoes. However, I

learned that organic tomatoes cause less of an acidic reaction, please don't

ask me why I have no clue. I read it somewhere, and the guy at the store

told me the same thing. Is it true I have no clue. So, I'll just play it

safe. But, the kids love pasta so as a treat for eating so well, I'll

indulge them to keep them happy.

I am sorry, someone asked me earlier if the kids were taking vitamin

supplements. Can't find the e-mail, so I don't want you to think I am not

answering, so I will answer here.

No, Bianca cannot take ANY pills. She gets sick from any of them within 1

hour. No matter what it is. I did find a liquid supplement which I think

she tolerates well.

However, I stopped it when we started the diet. She is getting tons of

nutrition from the foods we are eating now. Also, I wanted to eliminate

that so I could see if she was having any reactions. So, in a few weeks if

I feel they need it I will re-introduce it again, and see how it goes. This

way I will positively know if she really does tolerate it.
