Guest guest
I am thinking of purchasing HEG equipment to help with frontal activation with several people in my family. But, I must admit I am confused as to which one would be most effective. The main issue is simply a lot of frontal delta/theta/alpha. One person has a lot of headaches. It seems like attention issues are more directed towards nIR, while headaches are more slanted towards the pIR. I think I read on this list that one man purchased pIR to help with cognitive issues caused by MS, so I am wondering if pIR would be useful since I have MS. Are these impressions correct? Any help or thoughts would be appreciated! Carolyn Thurber
Guest guest
Carolyn, My dominate complain while seeking treatment has been headaches. Treatment based on a TLC assessment, both with EEG and nIR HEG has proven to be very successful. Not complete yet. But cognitive & physical health is much better. Used to get headaches from all kinds of perfumes, tobacco, cleaning supplies, etc. Now only very strong, and only certain types, of strong scents get to me. And the effect has softened from a "punch in the nose" hurting, to now only a "slight pressure" with some dizziness. I suspect nIR also works for me cause of a "brush cut" so hair doesn't get in the way. The PN A3 works both with pIR and nIR. If you can get the $$$ why not try both? Good Luck! ~ A Do Something Useful pIR or nIR HEG?? I am thinking of purchasing HEG equipment to help with frontal activation with several people in my family.
