Guest guest
Hello Everyone, We are back online. We had to buy a new computer. We got back from our trip to Shriners a couple weeks ago. Tyler is doing great. His curve in the cast is 3 degrees and his RVAD is 6. We are so happy. We were not able to get an x-ray out of the cast. Tyler has been very difficult with his x-rays. We have to have several people holding him. He is going to be three this month and I swear I don't think the saying should be the terrible two's it should be terrible three's. But his cast looks great and I think he will be going into a brace after this. Depending what his curve measures out of the cast in December when we go back. This cast is going to be left on 10 weeks this time. I am just hoping we can find a brace that he tolerates as well as he does the cast. The cut out in the stomach makes such a difference. It is great to have so many people that can share and support each other. It makes a big difference to know your not alone. You and your families are all in my prayers. Take Care Tawney

Guest guest
Tawney!! Thats soo great about Tyler!!! 3!!!! YIKES!! WOW!! Im sooo excited for you guys!! I know what you mean about the " terrible threes. " My oldest was the same way. She was a total DOLL until she turned three, then it was like she was possessed or something!! She did mellow out eventually. Nate is my little devil in disguise. His sitter and all of my family are fooled into believing hes 'SUCH A GREAT BABY " HA! I think he saves it all up for mommy and daddy at nite! When hes not screaming and throwing himself on the ground hes hopping in and out of his toddler bed several dozen times a nite!! It will get better, and the kisses are worth it!
