I like the Oust neutralizer spray. It now comes as an air freshener plugin

like AirWick, which I haven't tried yet.

If you want to go commercial, my ex was in the car painting/detailing

business and they had a product (sorry, I can't think of what it's called), that

was

liquid and you soak a sponge with it, put it in a plastic container (like a

margine tub), poke some holes in the lid and sit it somewhere out of site.

I had a leaky bag of milk that hit the upholstery in my car and no matter how

much I shampooed it, the smell would return on humid days--this product took

care of it. I'm sure if you contact any body shop or car wash/detailing

place, they'd be able to tell you what it is. I think Canadian Tire and the big

chain hardware stores had either the same product or something similar.

I used it in the basement before and it freshened it up--so it's not just for

small areas like cars.

Hope this helps...Sue

The old stand by is baking soda. You can wash the floor with it or

leave a paste on. Baking soda and vinegar gets out animal smells.

Borax also absorbs odors and disinfects.

Many hardware or discount stores sell net bags with some crystal

stuff that absorbs odor. Leaving it out in sun restores it.
