Wow, what a great way to discourage ALL personal injury lawsuits!

Why not make them sell their kidneys too? And children.

Just curious, is this money calculated on the money they are supposed

to get before or after their lawyers get their cut? (if after, then,

the effect might be to make them pay for their own lawyer's

commission, which would put them way in debt, even if they win!)

Wow, what a stroke of Republican evil genius. Talk about blaming the victim..
