You have given me some other things to look at as good sources of vitamins,

and so forth. I have been reading about the cabbage. I have to say it

makes sense to me, I did also talk to my father about it. He agrees with all

that is being said here also, how good it can be for you. I am just soooooo

very afraid to try it with Bianca though. Isn't saurkraut VERY acidic.

What are your thoughts on this anyone.

I would love to try it for the powers it has, but just not sure.
