My husband does the same thing. It never made sense to me. Loud

screaming music just makes me think of loud screaming kids and just

stresses me out more. Im more the calm soothing music.

Hmm, does silence work for you ? Silence just makes me think, which

is not good if I'm feeling really stressed. Sometimes I need to get

to a non-thinking state - I get that with loud music - that's my

escape.

- I like it quiet to de-stress too. For me, cleaning (not just

picking up) or some type of physical activity helps relieve the stress. I

guess it really depends upon what is causing the stress.

My stress goes right to my neck and upper back. When it gets real bad I go

to the chiropractor. I am currently being treated by my chiropractor. It

has been over two years since I last saw him. It has been very stressful the

last two months.
