Guest guest
Dear Ones, I grew up on these veggies and can't believe they are destructive to our bodies. It is only since I don't consume enough of them that my body has faltered. Let's not go off on any tangents here. As Sprite say, use moderation in all things. I have friends who don't eat red meat and are anemic. Red meat is bad for my gout so I eat just a tiny bit of it, but I am stronger on red meat and fish You can see the fatty tumors in chicken. I have a large one already, and I used to eat chicken almost every day. Some fear pork, but now it is bred very lean. I buy hamburger that is 96% fat-free and has no stillbestrol. My son and I can't chew most meats He also has gout but can take allopurinal and colchicene.. The people in Abkazia who live actives lives into their hundreds eat a little meat and many vegetables. They don't eat wheat but a corn mash. For dessert, they have honey and walnuts. Of course they live high up with fresh air and fresh water. I think they drink a little alcohol. Most importantly, they never eat leftovers but give them to the animals. I hope they also drink Kombucha Tea. Blessings on you all. LOve. MArge. Of course, they aren't !! I agree with you all the way, MArge. All these diet fads enslave one in a spirit of fear ... I eat whatever i'm given, give thanks and don't worry. God bless, Margret:-) -- +---------------------------------------------------------------+ Minstrel@... www.therpc.f9.co.uk +---------------------------------------------------------------+ DisneyLand: A people trap operated by a mouse. Guest guest
I'm 79 and quite healthy. I have eaten all these foods also all my life and happy to enjoy them. I have a dear friend who is a vegan and is so very ill. I would love to feed her a nice big steak so that she might feel better and have some strength. Let us use balance in our eating but also enjoy the experience of life
